• ACCOMMODATION

  Reservation of accommodation in different hotel categories near to the conference location can be made online in parallel with the registration via Top-Congress office.

• MEALS

  During the coffee breaks coffee, tee, refreshments and snacks will be served, the cost of which is included in the registration fee. There is an opportunity to order sandwich lunch for each day during registration. Tickets will be provided in the registration package.

• TRANSPORT

  The venue of the Conference is located at Buda between the Petőfi- and the Lágymányosi Bridge. Using public transport, you can get to the conference venue by tram 4 or 6, or by bus 212. The stop is at the Buda end of the Petőfi bridge, in 5-minute walking distance from the campus. Tickets for public transport will be available at the conference venue. Parking places are available for our guest in front of the building. Please, indicate in advance if you arrive by car, because licence numbers have to be entered in the system.

• GENERAL MEETING

  General Meeting of the Hungarian Neuroscience Society will be held on January 20, 2011 at 18:30 in the Conference Hall.

• MUSEUM VITITS

  On January 21, 2011, between 17:30-19:00 participants are kindly invited to visit the Biological and Mineral Collections at the Faculty. Collections are located in the Southern Building of the Campus.

• BANQUET RECEPTION

  Banquet reception will open at 19:00 on January 20, 2011 in Harmónia Room at the Northern Building.
